The I Manifest My Dreams Collection was created to serve as a reminder that we are the creators of our universe. When we have a clear idea of our purpose, we can take actionable steps to move towards it. If you are not clear on your purpose just yet, the first step is getting in touch with your internal self. What brings your excitement and joy? What are your passions?
I’m sure you have heard about the law of attraction. It basically means that what you put out, you will receive back. When we constantly think negatively about a particular situation, we tend to attract similar negative energy. Likewise, when we consistently think positively about a certain situation, we tend to attract more positive situations.
Manifesting the reality that we envision first requires clearing out the self limiting, self sabotaging thoughts that we may hold about ourselves and what our capabilities are. Affirmations are a great way to retrain our negative thoughts into positive ones. Once we are operating from a place of positivity and empowerment, we have to get completely clear about what we are trying to manifest. I like to write my manifestations in my journal and watch them come to life. After you are clear on what you want, now it’s time to visualize it as if you already have it. This is a very important step, use your imagination to see yourself obtaining whatever goal you are trying to accomplish. Act out the emotion and excitement you are going to feel once you receive what’s yours. You have to truly believe that what you are manifesting is already yours, no doubts. Now you must put the work in to get there because nothing in life is handed to us, we have to work for it! While we are putting in the work, it's very important to not stress out about it, and trust that the universe will deliver what is meant for us.
