Always Practice Self Care
When we prioritize our self care it better prepares us to handle all of life's tribulations. I didn’t truly learn about self care until i was in my late 20s but now I make sure I fill up my tank so that I can be that much more happy and productive throughout my days. Some of us have so much on our plates, whether its taking care of others or simply managing our own day to day lives, its extremely important to remember to take care of ourselves first. The Oracle would like to remind you to Always Practice Self Care so you remain healthy and balanced. A few suggestions for self care are:
Relax - Take a walk, practice yoga, meditate, take a bath or long hot shower, go into nature.
Socialize - Connect with like minded people that enhance your life experience in a positive way.
Get Healthy - Its extremely important for us to pay attention to what we consume. The foods we eat determine whether we are going to get sick, develop a disease, and they can affect our moods.
Do What You Love - We should always have something in our lives that brings us joy every single day as we work towards our goals. Maybe it's picking up that old hobby you used to love or learning a new one like painting, dancing, reading, gardening,
Follow Your Intuition
Our intuition is the first reference point we have to show us the right direction to move towards. It's that gut feeling that we experience when we instinctively know if something is right or wrong for us. When we truly listen to and follow our intuition it guides us to what is meant for us. We can all think of times where we ignored our intuition and life didn’t plan out exactly as we hoped. The Oracle wants you to remember to always follow your intuition so that you will remain headed towards your destiny.
